Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bend South by IHG

Visited Bend in July, and we stayed at the Holiday Inn due to its proximity to family. We were pleasantly surprised by our great stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We initially had an issue where they couldn't find our reservation, but she was able to get us a room for the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Chose because of their great room rate. Great location with plenty of parking. All staff were friendly and efficient. Front desk informed us of pool and fitness room location and breakfast times. Housekeeping immediately assisted with getting our TV connected. And I was so impressed with the breakfast attendant wiping down, restocking and ensuring that the breakfast experience was smooth and enjoyable. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious! This appears to be a hot spot for families with rambunctious children and for dog owners.

The hotel is good. The rooms could definitely be a lot cleaner! The funk that is accumulated on the outside of the shower and tubs (we had two rooms) is pretty gross. I always wipe high touch services down as soon as we get into a room. The remotes for the TVs is both rooms were so disgusting! Other that the furniture was in good shape as was the carpet. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The best part tho was the pool.

This was our first time staying here and we could not be more pleased! Bradley at the front desk was wonderful: genuinely kind, attentive and happy to help. The rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely come back

Clean room that looked recently updated (nothing was worn). Everything worked as it should and there weren’t any funny odors, even when running the air conditioning unit. The evening desk help were friendly and the morning breakfast worker kept the area clean and well stocked.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Bend, Oregon, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and modern the lobby felt. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with fresh linens and fluffy pillows that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. I also loved having a mini fridge and microwave in the room—it made snacking and storing drinks so convenient. The bathroom was bright and clean, stocked with quality toiletries and plenty of towels. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a great selection of both hot and cold options—scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even a pancake machine. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, and the breakfast area was spotless. The location is another major plus. It’s just a short drive to downtown Bend, and close to hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. Overall, this hotel delivered everything I needed—cleanliness, comfort, and great service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bend!

My husband and I stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was 5star delicious. This place had the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had. Eggs, yogurt, sausage, cinnamon rolls and a dollar pancake machine with very good batter.
